Tax legislation and accounting principles in practice - selected economic entity

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na daňovou legislativu a účetní zásady a jejich kontrolu v podniku Parker-Hannifin, s.r.o. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat kontrolní mechanismy užívané v oblasti daní a účetnictví u vybrané společnosti. Na základě výsledků byla navržena opatření, která mohou vést ke zlepšení v této oblasti. V první části práce byly vymezeny základní pojmy v oblasti daní a účetnictví. Následně byly představeny kontrolní mechanismy užívané ve vybrané společnosti. V druhé části byla stručně popsána společnost Parker-Hannifin, s.r.o. Popsána byla historie společnosti a kontrolní mechanismy v oblasti daní a účetnictví v pobočce Sadská. Cílem bylo analyzovat kontrolní mechanismy a identifikovat případné nedostatky. V poslední části byla na základě analýzy provedené ve společnosti navržena opatření, která by měla vést k zefektivnění kontrolních mechanismů.

Abstract:

The Master's Thesis focuses on tax legislation and accounting principles and their control in the company Parker-Hannifin, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis was to identify the control mechanisms used in the field of taxation and accounting in a selected company. Based on the results, measures were proposed that can lead to improvements in this area. In the first part of the thesis, the basic concepts in the field of taxation and accounting were defined. Subsequently, the control mechanisms of this issue were presented. In the second part, Parker-Hannifin, s.r.o. was briefly described. The history of the company and the control mechanisms in the field of taxes and accounting in the Sadská branch were described. The aim was to analyse the control mechanisms and to identify possible deficiencies. In the last part, measures were proposed based on the analysis carried out in the company. These measures should lead to more effective control mechanisms setting.
