Využití umělé inteligence (AI) v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů v odvětví výrobních podniků.

Abstract:

Umělá inteligence zasahuje do všech oblastí lidského života, a tím mimo jiné ovlivňuje i pracovní prostředí tak, jak ho dnes vnímáme. Tato kvalifikační práce se zaměřuje na vnímání a využívání AI v oblastech personálního řízení ve výrobních podnicích. Výsledků bylo dosaženo za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, kde 51 respondentů zastupující tyto podniky odpovídalo na otázky zaměřené na úroveň implementace a možné oblasti využití AI v HR. Z odpovědí je zřejmé, že současná míra implementace umělé inteligence v HR v podnicích dosahuje v průměru pouze 2,94 na stupnici od 1 do 10. Nadále výzkum odhalil možné oblasti využití AI v personálním řízení, z kterých měli dotazovaní možnost vybírat. Na základě odpovědí vyplynulo, že 14 podniků využívá AI pouze v oblasti náboru a výběru zaměstnanců, jeden podnik naopak pouze v oblasti vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců a dva podniky využívají AI v obou těchto oblastech. Klíčové doporučení autora pro zlepšení úrovně implementace obecně, ale i v jednotlivých oblastech, je nutnost zvýšení povědomí o možnostech trhu a úrovně vzdělání personalistů v tomto odvětví. Limitujícím faktorem může být relativně krátká doba sběru dat, jelikož trh s AI se neustále vyvíjí, a z tohoto důvodu by bylo v rámci dalšího výzkumu zajímavé sledovat vývoj implementace AI v čase.

Abstract:

Artificial intelligence is affecting all areas of human life and thus, among other things, influencing the working environment as we perceive it today. This qualification thesis focuses on the perception and use of AI in the areas of HR in manufacturing companies. The results were achieved using a survey where 51 respondents representing these enterprises answered questions focusing on the level of implementation and possible areas of use of AI in HR. The responses show that the current level of implementation of AI in HR in companies averages only 2.94 on a scale from 1 to 10. Further, the research revealed possible areas of AI use in HR from which the respondents had the opportunity to choose. The responses revealed that 14 enterprises use AI only in the area of recruitment and selection of employees, one enterprise uses AI only in the area of employee training and development, and two companies use AI in both of these areas. The author's key recommendation for improving the level of implementation in general, as well as in individual areas, is the need to increase awareness of market opportunities and the level of education of HR professionals in this sector. A limiting factor may be the relatively short time of data collection, as the AI market is constantly evolving, and for this reason it would be interesting to track the evolution of AI implementation over time in further research.
