Regulation of the crime of bribery in the Tang Code

Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce je určit, jak bylo v Tangském zákoníku právně upraveno úplatkářství, zejména trestné činy přijetí úplatku a podplacení. Využity jsou k tomu zejména metody deskripce a analýza pramene, které jsou doplněny komparační metodou a analýzou odborné literatury. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to determine how bribery was regulated in the Tang Code, especially the crimes of accepting and offering bribes. The main methods are description and source analysis. They are supplemented by the comparison method and analysis of academic literature.
