Brass-band music in the Svitavy region
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Dechové hudby na Svitavsku“ si klade za cíl zmapovat oblast dechových hudeb na Svitavsku. Na vybraných kapelách popíše vývoj situace od samých počátků po současnost a bude se věnovat jejich historii a principům fungování. Práce bude čerpat mimo jiné z rozhovorů s kapelníky a kronikáři daných seskupení.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis "Brass-band music in the Svitavy region" aims to map the field of brass music in the Svitavy region. In selected bands will describe the development of the situation from the very beginning to the present. It will focus on principles of function and history of these selected bands. The thesis will also draw from interviews with bandleaders and chroniclers of the bands.
