Solving bullying and behavioral problems in the classroom at primary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu vztahů v třídních kolektivech z pohledu třídního učitele. Zaměřuje se jak na řešení, tak na prevenci rizikového chování. Cílem teoretické části je popsat třídní kolektiv jako komplexní celek, který ovlivňuje celá řada faktorů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na různé formy rizikového chování, se kterými se učitel může dostat do kontaktu a možné způsoby jejich řešení. Cílem výzkumné části je popsat, jak na práci se vztahy v třídních kolektivech nahlížejí třídní učitelé. Výzkum byl proveden kombinovanou formou – pilotní studií, za pomoci standardizovaných dotazníků, a otevřenými rozhovory s třídními učiteli.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of relationships in class groups from the perspective of a class teacher. It focuses on both the solution and the prevention of risky behavior. The theoretical part describes class team as a complex whole, which is influenced by many factors. The thesis focuses on the various forms of risky behavior with which the teacher can get in touch and possible ways of their solution. The aim of the research part is to describe how class teachers view work with relationships in class groups. The research was conducted in a combined form – a pilot study, with the help of standardized questionnaires, and open interviews with class teachers.
