Smyslem diplomové práce bylo poukázat na detailní zakotvení institutů amnestie prezidenta a ústavní žaloby pro velezradu. Nechybí ani rozbor základního pojmosloví a uvedení čtenáře do historického kontextu těchto institutů. This dissertation aims to show the detailed position of the presidential amnesty institution and constitutional action for high treason. There is also analysis of the basic terminology and the historical context of these institutes.
