Transition from tax accounting to financial accounting of selected entrepreneur

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh postupu povinného přechodu z daňové evidence na účetnictví u vybraného podnikatele. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány způsoby evidování příjmů a výdajů fyzické podnikající osoby v daňové evidenci a metody účetnictví. Na závěr teoretické části je popsán přechod z daňové evidence na účetnictví v mezích zákona na teoretické rovině. V praktické části je na příkladu fiktivního podnikatele navržen postup povinného přechodu z daňové evidence na účetnictví a následně zjištěn daňový dopad přechodu. Dle zjištění lze daňový dopad ovlivnit vhodnou úpravou základu daně.

Abstract:

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to propose the procedure of transfer from tax records to accounting at a specific businessperson. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part describes the methods of revenues and expenditures records of a businessperson both at the tax records and accounting. At the end of the theoretical part the transfer from the tax records to accounting under the current jurisdiction is described on the theoretical level. The practical part proposes the transfer from the tax records to accounting on an example of a fictive businessperson and the tax impact of the transfer is found out. On the basis of the findings, the tax impact can be influenced by a suitable adjustment of the tax basis.
