Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodních manželství a rodin v České republice. V teoretické části charakterizuji pojmy, které konkrétně vymezují, co je manželství, rodičovství a rodina. Popisuji také, jaké podmínky musí žadatelé o uzavření manželství v České republice splnit. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with problems of international marriages and family in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of this thesis I define words such as marriage, parenthood and family. I also describe what is required for conclusion of marriage. Thereinafter I clarify who is the foreigner, what is nation, race or culture.
