Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou skončení pracovního poměru v České republice a Ruské federaci. Její důležitou součástí je komparace těchto dvou právních úprav. This bachelor thesis deals with the legal regulation of termination of employment in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. An important part of it is the comparison of these two legal regulations. The introductory chapters generally deal with labor law, legal systems and employment.
