Abstract:
V práci je zpracována problematika mezaninového financování. Jsou zde vymezeny základní charakteristiky finančních zdrojů a private equity, rovněž jsou analyzovány a zhodnoceny možnosti mezaninového financování.
Abstract:
The thesis elaborates problems of mezzanine financing. There are defined fundamental charakterizations of financial sources and private equity. The possibilities of mezzanine financing are also analysed and valorized there.
