The aim of the thesis is to present changes concerning the perception of childhood control from the perspective of family, community and state in modernity as well as to outline their development in post-modernity. Cieľom tejto práce je prezentovať zmeny vo vnímaní kontroly detstva z pohľadu rodiny, komunity a štátu v modernite, a zároveň načrtnúť ich smerovanie v post - modernite. Teoretická časť popisuje tak tradičné vnímanie konceptu dieťaťa ako aj novú paradigmu a s tým spojené vplyvy sociálnej kontroly naň.
