V mé bakalářské práci jsem se věnovala mzdové problematice. Domnívám se, že je zde zahrnuto vše, co je pro mzdový systém v České republice důležité. Hned v úvodu jsem se poohlédla za historií odměňování práce. Dále je zde podrobně popsáno co vlastně mzda či plat je, jak se určuje a v konečném důsledku dostane k odměňovanému. In my bachelor thesis I dealt with the pay-roll(wage) problems. From my point of view, my thesis includes all what is essential for the wage-payment plan in the Czech Republic. At the beginning, I considered the history of remuneration. Furthermore, I described what a wage or salary is, how it is set and how it is converted into remuneration.
