Business education at the present time. The problem of using ICT in business education through the people working in this area

Abstract:

Ve své magisterské diplomové práci se zabývám tématem podnikového vzdělávání a využitím informačních a komunikačních technologií. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je „jakým způsobem uvažují osoby odpovědné za vzdělávání ve firmách o možnostech které jim dává využití informačních a komunikačních technologií ve vzdělávání?“ Práce je členěna do dvou části. V první, teoretické, hovořím o podnikovém vzdělávání a jeho teoretických východiscích a o využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií. V druhé, empirické části popisuji použitou výzkumnou metodu, výzkumné otázky, vzorek. Dále zde hovořím o vstupu do terénu, sběru dat a jejich následné analýze a v neposlední řadě se pokouším jasně interpretovat zjištěné výsledky, které vznikly analýzou dat získaných od respondentů. Snažím se zde zformulovat nálezy z proběhlého výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

In his master's thesis I deal with the topic of corporate training and use information and communication technologies. The main research question is "how the person who are responsible for business education in the business are thinking about the posibility of using techology in this educatin?" The work is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical, I am speaking about business education and its theoretical background and use of information and communication technologies. Second part - the empirical one - describes the methodology used research methods, research questions, sample. Furthermore I am talking about entering the field, collecting data and analyzing data. I finaly am trying to clearly interpret the results obtained, resulting from the analysis of data obtained from respondents. I am trying to formulate findings from the research.
