Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a optimalizací dopravní trasy ve společnosti Pekárna Srnín s.r.o. sídlící nedaleko Českého Krumlova. Poskytnuté informace o současné obsluze vybraných odběratelů jsou vyhodnoceny a převedeny do formy potřebné pro další operace související s aplikací vybraných metod. Nejprve je aplikována Maďarská metoda pro řešení jednookružního dopravního problému, která najde řešení, jež nelze považovat za optimální. Následně je pomocí Clarke-Wrightovy metody provedena analýza obsluhy jednotlivých odběratelů rozvozem pečiva, na základě jejich požadavků a stanovených omezujících podmínek. Analýza zamítne užití některých vozidel společnosti pro obsluhu všech odběratelů. Následně je sestavena nová optimální trasa pro obsluhu odběratelů díky koeficientům úspory. Závěr bakalářské práce zhodnotí výsledky a ukáže, zda je dosaženo lepšího řešení, než je současný stav.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with an analysis and optimalization of transport routes for Pekárna Srnín s.r.o company located near Český Krumlov. Company provided materials of current distribution service which are evaluated and converted to the form necessary for further operations of applied operation research methods. Firstly, a Hungarian method was applied for Travelling Salesman Problem, which gives solutions that cannot be considered as optimal solutions. Then the Clark-Wright's method analyses current distribution of pastry to individual customers depending on their requirements and given restrictive conditions. Analysis finds that some of the company used vehicles cannot be used to serve all the customers. Then a new optimal distribution route is assembled using saving coefficients for this distribution problem. In the end of this bachelor's thesis the results will be evaluated and compared if a better solution is given.
