Reporting of drug data in conjunction with drug policy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast reportingu drogových dat v souvislosti s protidrogovou politikou. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné vymezení drogové problematiky v kontextu historického vývoje české drogové scény před rokem 1989 a po něm, předložení reportingu dat v komparaci s informacemi k drogové problematice prezentované v médiích a mezinárodní vliv na formování české drogové scény zahrnující národní a mezinárodní reporting. Praktická část je zpracována kvantitativní metodou na základě výzkumného šetření, v rámci kterého jsou předem stanovené výzkumné otázky. Mezi respondenty jsou zařazeni příslušníci z řad Policie ČR a široká veřejnost. Komparace dvou odlišných skupin předkládá zjištění o skutečném stavu věrohodnosti mediálních dat s vlivem na informovanost široké veřejnosti. Jednotlivé dotazníkové otázky jsou graficky znázorněny. Výzkumné šetření dále dokládá transparentní prokázání reálného stavu drogové problematiky ve vztahu k národnímu reportingu.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the area of drug data reporting in connection with drug policy. The theoretical part contains a general definition of the drug issue, in the context of the Czech drug scene. Follow-up information define data reporting in comparison of drug issue presented in the media. After that comes international influence on the formation of the Czech drug scene including national and international reporting. The practical part consists of quantitative method based on a research investigation. The research questions are pre-determined. Respondents are from the Police of the Czech Republic and the general public. The comparison of two different groups presents findings about the real state of the credibility of media data. It also points to the awareness of the general public. The individual survey questions are graphically represented. Furthermore, the research provides transparent evidence of the real state of the drug issue in relation to national reporting.
