Anotace: Bakalářská práce se v první části zaměřuje na historické souvislosti druhé světové války, jejíž dobová situace přivodila potřebu potrestání nacistických zločinců a jejich napomáhačů. Abstract: This thesis focuses in its first part on historical context of World War II. Contemporary situation of that times brought need of punishing Nazi criminals and their helpers.
