Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mobbingem, ke kterému dochází na pracovišti mezi kolegy a bossingem, šikanou mezi nadřízeným a podřízeným pracovníkem. V teoretické části popisuje mobbing a bossing, jejich příčiny, cíle a důsledky a jednotlivé fáze mobbingu. Pozornost věnuje oběti mobbingu, mobberovi a svědkovi mobbingu. The bachelor thesis deals with the mobbing that occurs in the workplace among colleagues and bossing, bullying between superior and subordinate employee. The theoretical part describes mobbing and bossing, their causes, consequences and objectives and the different stages of mobbing.
