Bakalářská práce na téma Úvěrová smlouva se zaměřením na spotřebitelské úvěry popisuje závazkové vztahy, následně srovnává smlouvu o úvěru, smlouvu o půjčce a spotřebitelskou smlouvu. Její součástí jsou definice spotřebitele, dodavatele a věřitele a také přehled úvěrových produktů. Důraz je kladen na komunitární právní úpravu a její vztah k českým subjektům. The bachelor thesis on the topic of credit contract with a focus on consumer credits describes obligations and consequently compares credit contracts, loan agreements and consumer credits. It includes definitions of a consumer, a supplier, and a creditor, as well as an overview of the credit products.
