Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zachytit podstatu dětské jógy a její výhody v praxi. Cílem výzkumu je zanalyzovat zkušenosti rodičů, jejíchž děti praktikují dětskou jógu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a výzkumné. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy jako je jóga, historie jógy, dětská jóga, její odlišnosti a také její benefity. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to capture the topic of children's yoga and its benefits in practice.
