Abstract:

Předkládaný text mapuje základní problematiku konceptu učící se organizace a organizačního učení se zvláštním ohledem na specifika univerzitního prostředí.V praktické části práce je z pohledu konceptu učící se organizace blíže rozebrán a zhodnocen aktuální stav níže uvedených fakult, s důrazem na domovskou fakultu, tedy Fakultu informatiky a managementu Univerzity Hradec Králové.Závěrem jsou tyto faktory porovnávány mezi mateřskou fakultou, tedy Fakultou informatiky a managementu Univerzity Hradec Králové a hlavním regionálním a republikovým konkurentem v oblasti manažerského vzdělávání, tedy Fakultou ekonomicko-správní Univerzity Pardubice a Fakultou managementu Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze

Abstract:

This document analyses the fundamental issue of Learning organization concept and Organizational learning and it focuses especially on the academic environment.The subject matter of the practical part of this thesis is the evaluation and analysis of the status of faculties listed below, emphasizing the Faculty of Informatics and Management at the University of Hradec Kralove.The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the comparison of selected factors between the following institutions: the Faculty of Informatics and Management at the University of Hradec Kralove and its most important nationwide competitors – the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Pardubice and the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics, Prague.
