Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu pro založení e-shopu s oblečením proti UV záření. Cílem práce je za pomoci výpočtu bodů zvratu ověřit proveditelnost tohoto podnikatelského záměru a pomoci tak podnikateli rozhodnout se, zda podnikatelský plán realizovat, či nikoliv. Práce kombinuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Každá kapitola vymezuje základní charakteristiky teoretických poznatků a zároveň je ihned aplikuje. První kapitola se zabývá výběrem nejvhodnější právní formy daného e-shopu. V druhé kapitole je za pomoci PESTEL, SWOT a Porterovy analýzy proveden rozbor podnikatelského prostředí a jsou identifikována největší rizika. Následně je stanoven provozní a marketingový plán, aby mohlo přijít závěrečné zhodnocení možného fungování podniku ve formě finančního plánu pracujícího s pesimistickým, realistickým a optimistickým odhadem. V závěru práce bylo zjištěno, že stanovený podnikatelský plán je aplikovatelný do praxe, po půl roce podnikání by byl ve ztrátě pouze v pesimistickém odhadu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with creating a business plan for establishing an e-shop selling UV protective clothing. The aim of this thesis is to verify the feasibility of this business plan by calculating the break-even points and to assist the entrepreneur in deciding whether to implement the business plan or not. The thesis combines theoretical and practical parts. Each chapter defines the basic characteristics of theoretical knowledge and applies it immediately. The first chapter deals with selecting the most suitable legal form for the e-shop. The second chapter analyses the business environment using PESTEL, SWOT, and Porter's analysis to identify the biggest risks. Subsequently, an operational and marketing plan is established to provide a final evaluation of the possible functioning of the business in the form of a financial plan working with a pessimistic, realistic, and optimistic estimate. In conclusion, it was found that the established business plan is applicable in practice, and after six months of operation, it would only be in a loss in the pessimistic estimate.
