Accounting and Proposal of Effective Use of Subsidies the Registered Association SDOM Zlín

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na efektivní čerpání a následné účtování dotací ve SDOM Zlín, z.s.. Cílem této práce je vylepšení chodu účetnictví, čerpání dotací a poukázat na problematiku získávání finančních prostředků. Teoretická část se věnuje neziskovým organizacím, jejich rozdělení a samotnému financování. Dále je zaměřena na spolky, jejich vznik, stanovy, předpisy a zánik. Je zaměřena na souhrnné informace o účetnictví neziskových organizací, dotací a jejich účtování. V praktické části je prostřednictvím analýzy vyhodnocena finanční situace SDOM Zlín, z.s. Je zhodnoceno, zda byla správně převedena forma občanského sdružení na spolek. Je zkontrolováno účetnictví, zda má náležitou formu, vše je správně zaúčtováno. Dále jsou zde návrhy, jak efektivně vylepšit vedení účetnictví a možnost využití nových zdrojů k financování spolku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on effective way of drawing and accounting of subsidies in SDOM Zlín, z. s. The aim of this thesis is to improve drawing of subsidies and the accoun-ting as such and also to point out an issue of gaining funds. The theoretical part is devoted to non-profit organizations, their division and their financing system. It also focuses on associations their establishment, statutes, regulations and expulsions. The theoretical part also observes general information about acccouting of non-profit organizations and their provision. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the financial situation of SDOM Zlín, z.s. The analysis evaluates whether the form of citizens' association was correctly transferred into the the unincorporated association. It is checked the accuracy of accouting and whether is everything correctly recorded in the right accounts. In addition, there are suggestions on how to effectively improve system of accounting and the possibility of using new resources for the association´s financning.
