Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Vývoj českého trhu s nehnuteľnosťami“ je popísať zmeny v českom sektore s nehnuteľnosťami medzi rokmi 1999 až 2017, so zameraním na jednotlivé kraje ČR. Na úvod práce sme sa zamerali na definovanie pojmov spojených s realitným trhom a literárnu rešerš, ktorá udáva prístupy autorov k vybraným veličinám.
