Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je stručná definice pojištění odpovědnosti za škody a především se zabývá pojištěním odpovědnosti z provozu motorových vozidel (povinným ručením). Zachycena je stručná historie, limity pojistného plnění, význam zelené karty a popsána činnost České kanceláře pojistitelů včetně jejich orgánů.
