Small and medium enterprises admissions into the EU market
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce stručně charakterizuje mechanismus fungování evropského trhu, dále zkoumá také možnosti a firemní strategie vedoucí k úspěšné expanzi na něj. Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení připravenosti firmy, kterou jsem si zvolil, pro vstup na trh EU a také volba její optimální strategie pro úspěšnou expanzi.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis briefly describe the way the EU works, and also the option and corporate strategies leading to a successful expansion within the market. The aim of the thesis is to assess the degree of readiness of the company chosen for this analysis to enter the EU market, as well as to chose the optimal strategy for its successful expansion.
