Diplomová práce je zaměřena na finančně-právní aspekty investic do nemovitostí. Zprvu jsou definovány nejdůležitější pojmy a oblast regulace, tedy obzvláště bankovní sektor a následně se práce zaměřuje na popis limitů LTV, LTI, DSTI a dalších aspektů, kterými banky regulují úvěrový trh. The diploma thesis is focused on the financial law aspects of real estate investments. At first, the most important terms and areas of regulation are defined, especially the banking sector, and the work is then aimed at describing LTV, LTI, DSTI and other aspects by which banks regulate the credit market.
