Business plan for expansion of start-up to foreign market

Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce je navrhnout podnikatelský plán pro vstup PropTech startupu na zahraniční trh. Tento plán by měl pomoci vyhodnotit, zda zvolený cílový trh odpovídá všem předpokladům pro úspěšnou expanzi a zda plní podmínku finanční návratnosti projektu v blízké budoucnosti. Přínosem této práce pro samotný podnik je návrh všech procesů, které je třeba v rámci expanze řídit. Přínosem pro autora je poznání skutečnosti, že pro startup není důležitý pouze samotný nápad, ale že je nutno jej rozpracovat prostřednictvím detailní analýzy podniku, trhu a následně navrhnou kroky, které povedou k úspěšné expanzi.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to propose a business plan for the entry of PropTech startup into the foreign market. This plan should help to evaluate whether the target market chosen meets all the prerequisites for successful expansion and whether it fulfils the condition of financial return on the project in the near future. The benefit of this work for the company itself is the design of all processes that need to be managed as part of the expansion. The benefit for the author is to recognize the fact that not only the idea itself is important for startup, but that it needs to be elaborated through a detailed analysis of the company, market and subsequently propose steps that will lead to successful expansion.
