Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Podniková logistika: analýza problému a návrh řešení“ je analýza a návrh na zefektívnenie výrobného procesu spoločnosti Faurecia Leather Košice s.r.o.. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje logistike, logistickým technológiám zvlášť koncepciám Kanban a Just in Time. V praktickej časti práce je analyzovaný výrobný proces v podniku a navrhnuté zefektívnenie problémového úseku.
