Art as an investment
Abstract:
The main idea of this thesis is an analysis of art as a real investment tool. The theoretical part describes real assets in general and appoints other real investment tools. The second part is devoted to problems of investments startegies and risks specific for this market. The last part contains analysis of indices and world markets, also mention investment recommendations.

Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Umění jako investice“ je na základe analýzy umenia ako nástroja investície do reálneho aktíva určiť jej potenciál a nájsť vhodnú stratégiu pre rôznych investorov. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá definovaním umenia na trhu investícií a prehľadom iných reálnych aktív. Druhá časť práce je venovaná problematike stratégií a rizík na danom trhu.
