Termination of employment

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na skončení pracovního poměru. Práce byla rozdělena do 6 částí. První část se zabývá základními pojmy tématu, tedy vysvětlení pojmu právní skutečnost, právní vědomí a pracovní poměr. Druhá část se zabývá obecným vysvětlením pojmu skončení pracovního poměru. Třetí část se už specificky zaměřuje na skončení pracovního poměru v právním jednání, přesněji jednostranným a vícestranným jednáním. Čtvrtá část se zaměřuje na skončení pracovního poměru na základě právní události, tedy uplynutím doby a zánikem subjektu pracovního poměru. Pátá část se zabývá způsoby skončení pracovního poměru na základě rozhodnutí orgánu veřejné věci a na základě uzavření manželství (registrované partnerství) zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele. Šestá část tvoří výzkum společnosti. Dle výsledku je jasné, že právní úprava pro skončení pracovního poměru je důkladně a velice podrobně zpracována.

Abstract:

This job is focused on the termination of employment. The work was divided into 6 parts. The first part deals with the basic notions of the topic, i.e. explanation of the legal term, legal consciousness and employment relationship. The second part deals with a general explanation of the termination of the employment relationship. The third part focuses specifically on the termination of employment in legal negotiations, more specifically on unilateral and multilateral negotiations. The fourth part focuses on the termination of employment on the basis of a legal event, i.e. the lapse of time and the termination of the employment relationship. The fifth part deals with ways of terminating an employment relationship on the basis of a public authority decision and on the basis of the marriage (registered partnership) of the employee and the employer. The sixth part is the company's research. As a result, it is clear that the termination regulation is thoroughly and in detail elaborated.
