Abstract:

BARTOUŠEK, T.: Analýza konvenčních a nekonvenčních diagnostických metod nedestruktivního testování a jejich vhodnost použití v průmyslové praxi. Univerzita J. E. Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem, Fakulta strojního inženýrství, Ústav technologií a materiálů, Ústí nad Labem, 2019, 67 s. Bakalářská práce. Vedoucí: Ing. Jaromír Cais, Ph.D. Bakalářská práce se zabývá nedestruktivním testováním v průmyslové praxi, které má za cíl vyhodnotit a zjistit případné vady materiálu a zároveň slouží jako důkaz o nepřítomnosti vad. NDT šetří náklady společnosti, neboť nedochází ke zničení ani poškození testovaného materiálu. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na popis jednotlivých způsobů testování. V této části dále rozděluji možné metody testování. Dále se věnuji fyzikálním principům a vhodnosti použití metod vzhledem k testovanému předmětu, nebo předpokládané vadě. V praktické části uvádím 4 příklady testování z praxe, které jsem sám ve svém zaměstnání prováděl. Použita byla metoda vířivých proudů, radiografická metoda, kapilární metoda a metoda INCOTEST. Uvádím zde reálně získané výsledky testování a data. Na závěr práce provedu porovnání a vyhodnocení získaných dat.

Jaromír Cais, Ph.D. The Bachelor thesis deals with non-destructive testing in industry for detection potential material defects, which could have significant influence for further using. NDT improve costs effectivity, because testing material did not come to damage and could be released for other utilization. In first part I'm focusing on theoretical description of the testing methods. This part divides individual testing methods, furthermore describes physical principles and using suitability of each method in regard with testing subject or supposed defects. Practical part is submitting 4 examples of real testing at on-site conditions. These cases have been performed by myself during my employment. Its including using of Eddy Current method, Radiographic method, Dye Penetrant method and method INCOTEST. Obtained data and testing results are real outputs for assessment of testing material. In conclusion of my thesis the comparison of individual outcomes and final evaluation has been done.
