Možnosti nestandardního využití DICOM objektů uložených v systémech pro získávání a ukládání obrazových dat (PACS)

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou systémů pro zpracování a uchování obrazové informace (PACS), jejich architekturou, úkoly a možnostmi DICOM objektů a vlastnostmi formátu DICOM, na jehož využití jsou systémy PACS založeny. Dále rozvíjí myšlenku, že uvedené systémy dávno překročily hranice možností práce s obrazovými informacemi a slouží stále více i ke skladování generických informací. Jako praktický příklad využití těchto informací je uvedena možnost využití souborů ve formátu DICOM RT jako zdroje informací sloužícího ke generování dávky pro zdravotní pojišťovny a jeho srovnání se standardními metodou.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with the systems dedicated to picture archiving and communication (PACS), their architecture, workflow and opportunities of Dicom objects and the characteristics of industry standard DICOM which the PACS is based on. It works with idea that these systems are already behind the border of image data and serve still more and more as a storing space for the generic data saved in Dicom. Using Dicom RT objects as sources of billing information which can be done fully automatically could be a typical example especially in comparison with the standard method of manual input.
