Cílem práce je zachytit procesy konané před Krajským soudem v Ústí nad Labem v roce 1958. V tomto roce řešil Krajský soud celkem 18 případů politického charakteru. Dle povahy jednotlivých případů jsem rozdělil procesy do 4 kapitol: Procesy s organizovanými skupinami, Nepovolené přechody hranic, Spolupráce se zahraničními agenty a Podvracení republiky. Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to feature pleadings of the regional court in Ústí nad Labem in 1958. In this year, the regional court settled total 18 pleadings having a political character. I devide them according to their characters into 4 chapters: The echelon's trials, Not allowed border passes, Colaboration with foreign spies, Subversion of the regime - Republic, First chapter deals with activities …more
