Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a řešením šikany na pracovišti. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základním pojmům. Jsou zde popsány pojmy: mobbing, bossing, staffingg a další. V této části je také shrnut dosavadní stav poznání. V praktické části je využita metoda kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, zda se lidé setkávají se šikanou na pracovišti a jak je tato problematika řešena.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue and solution of bulling in the workplace. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic concepts. Terms are described here: mobbing, bossing, staffing and others. This section also summarizes the current state of knowledge.
