Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je soudní proces Krajského soudu v Ústí nad Labem, který se odehrál v roce 1953. V rámci procesu byli za založení protistátní skupiny, přípravy personálního obsazení školství v Ústeckém kraji, organizování ozbrojené skupiny, sbírání špionážních zpráv a psaní výhružných dopisů odsouzeni k vysokým trestům tři učitelé a jeden sedlák. Abstract:
The subject of my bachelor thesis is the lawsuit by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, which took place in 1953. Three teachers and a farmer were sentenced to heavy prison allegedly for establishing of a subversive group, preparation of personnel occupation education in the Ústí nad Labem region, organizing armed group, collecting spy reports and writing threatening letters.
