Rent an Apartment and House for Residential Use
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje institutu nájmu bytu a domu za účelem bydlení. V souvislosti s tímto právním institutem jsou uvedeny a zároveň popsány jednotlivé pojmy, které jsou spjaty s nájmem bytu a domu včetně jejich zakotvení v právních předpisech v zákoně č. 89/2012 sb., občanský zákoník.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of residential lease. In relation to this legal concept, the thesis presents and defines terms connected to residential lease and how they are enshrined in legislation, particularly in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Czech Civil Code.
