Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahy mezi podmínkami spotřebitelského úvěru, charakteristikami dlužníků a konečným stavem dluhu po jeho převodu sběrnym agenturám. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit současnou situaci na ruském trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů, identifikovat prvky ovlivňující splácení dluhu a určit, který způsob spolupráce s inkasními agenturami je pro banky nejúčinnější. Cíle bylo dosaženo na základě sekundární analýzy dat pomocí klas-ifikačních algorithmů predikčního modelování. Po analýze byla dána doporučení bankám.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the relationships between consumer loan con-ditions, debtors’ characteristics, and the final state of the debt after transferring it to collection agencies. The main aim of the thesis was to determine the current situation on Russian consumer loan market, identify the features influencing the debt repayment and determine which way of cooperation with collection agencies is the most efficient for banks. The goal was reached based on secondary data analysis using classification algorithms of prediction modeling. After the analysis, the recommendations to banks were given.
