Participial constructions as expression-means of evidentiality in the novel "Tula" by Jurgis Kunčinas and their translation into Czech by Věra Kociánová.
Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá prostředky vyjadřování evidenciálnosti. Zvláštní pozornost věnuje litevským participiím. Druhá část se zaměřuje na román Jurgise Kunčinase Tūla. Román do češtiny přeložila Věra Kociánová. Na příkladech z románu se snaží nalézt překladové tendence evidenciálních konstrukcí.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with expression-means of evidentiality. Special attention is paid to Lithuanian participles. The second part of the thesis is about the novel Tūla by Jurgis Kunčinas. The novel was translated into Czech by Věra Kociánová. The thesis with help of examples from the novel tries to find translation tendencies of evidentiality constructions.
