Enterprise intention of continuous developing of small company.
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout změny v činnostech podniku, které povedou k větší efektivitě. Tyto změny by měly vést k tomu, aby bylo možné zdesetinásobení obratu.
Abstract:
Principal target of this thesis is to suggest modifications of major activities of the company, which will lead to better efficiency. These modifications should permit, that turnover could raise ten times during next ten years.
