Abstract:
K-Profi CRM systém Manager 2005 je software pro kontrolu a podporu řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM). Z čeho se skládá a k čemu vlastně je celý systém řízení vztahu se zákazníky. Modelový příklad následně vysvětluje použití K-Profi CRM systému Manager 2005 pro firmy působící v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Kompletní manuál ovládání softwaru je pak možné najít v elektronické příloze.\nl{} \nl{}

K-Profi CRM system Manager 2005 is software which gives us control and support while managing our relationship with customers (Customer relationship management - CRM). What is the whole system composed of and actually what is for explains the first theoretical part of my work.
