Abstract:
Disertace se zabývá delikty proti náboženství na Moravě na počátku 20. století. Ty byly trestány podle paragrafů 122 a 303 trestního zákona z roku 1852, které hrozily poměrně tvrdými tresty za rouhání nebo urážku státem uznané církve. Analýza procesů ukazuje, že tyto delikty byly často motivovány šířícím se ateismem či odporem vůči roli, kterou katolická církev hrála ve veřejném prostoru. Kritika bývala …more
Abstract:
The dissertation deals with delicts against religion in Moravia in early 20th Century. Those delicts were punished by the paragraphs 122 and 303 of the Criminal Code from 1852. The culprit could potentialy face harsh punishments for a blasphemy or an insult of a church that was recognized by the state.
