Design of Human Resources and Knowledge Management Strategy in a Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má za cíl navrhnout strategii lidských zdrojů a znalostního managementu vybrané společnosti. Její charakteristikou je malá velikost a zaměření na investiční poradenství pro bonitní klienty. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty klíčové pojmy a metody vytvoření těchto strategií zahrnující témata jako firemní strategie, brand zaměstnavatele, kompetenční model, učící se organizace, management explicitních a tacitních znalostí, vzdělávání a kontrola. V praktické části jsou vymezené pojmy aplikovány v praxi pomocí analýzy současného stavu a návrhů doporučení. Pro získání relevantních požadavků na nové pracovníky byl použit i kvalitativní výzkum zkušeností členů společnosti. Výstupem práce je ucelený strategický systém se zaměřením na lidské zdroje a jejich znalosti.

Abstract:

This Master´s thesis aims to design a human resources and knowledge management strategy in a selected company. Its characteristic is the small size of the company and focus on investment consulting services for high-net-worth individuals. In the theoretical part there are collected key terms and methods to design both strategies including topics such as company strategy, employer brand, competency model, employee selection, learning organisation, management of explicit and tacit knowledge, education and control. In the practical part the defined terms are applied in practise by analysis current state and recommending improvements. In pursuit of relevant requirements for hiring it is executed also qualitative research to collect experience of the company members. The output of this thesis is a comprehensive proposal strategy system focused on human resources and their knowledge.
