Motivace pracovníků v organizaci Státní ústav pro kontrolu léčiv; jazyce: Employee motivation at State Institute for Drug

Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace a spokojenosti pracovníků Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv. Teoretická část rozebírá fungování státní správy, teorii byrokracie, motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců a zákon o státní službě. Praktická část řeší spokojenost zaměstnanců Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv a jejich vnímání spravedlivosti odměňování.
Abstract:
My work is focused on motivation and satisfaction of employees of State Institute for Drug Control. Theoretical part is focused on state administration, theory of bureaucracy, motivation and satisfation of employees, their assessment and rewarding, the low about government service.
