Abstract:

FOJTÍKOVÁ, Veronika. Efektivní metody výběrového řízení v hotelnictví a gastronomii. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2014. 65 stran. Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Efektivní metody výběrového řízení v oblasti hotelnictví a gastronomie“ je průzkum metod využívaných při výběru nových zaměstnanců, které se využívají v oblasti hotelnictví a gastronomie, jejich posouzení a návrh optimálních metod využitelných v praxi hotelů a restaurací. V první části tato práce řeší teoretickou stránku personalistiky, která zahrnuje popis činností týkajících se výběrových metod, ale také činností, jež jsou s těmito výběrovými metodami úzce spjaty. Druhá část je pojata jako kvalitativní výzkum provedený pomocí několika rozhovorů s personalisty a odpovědnými osobami za tuto činnost v hotelnictví a gastronomii. Za pomoci teoretické části je dosaženo výzkumu o efektivnosti jednotlivých metod a je sestavena hodnotící tabulka. Následuje návrhová část, obsahující návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení efektivity výběrových metod v hotelnictví a gastronomii a závěr, který je souhrnem zjištění.

FOJTÍKOVÁ, Veronika. Effective methods for the selection process in hospitality and gastronomy. [Bachelor´s dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Ltd.. Prague: 2014. 65 pages. The aim of the bachelor´s dissertation on the topic "Effective Methods for the selection process in hospitality and gastronomy" is a survey of methods used in the selection of new employees, which are used in the hotel industry and gastronomy, their appraisal and recommendation of optimal methods usable in practice, hotels and restaurants. The first part of this thesis deals with theoretical aspects of human resources, which includes the description of the activities relevant to selection methods, but also the activities adherent to these sampling methods. The second part is taken in as a qualitative research executed through several interviews with personnel human resource and people responsible for this activity in the hotel industry and gastronomy. With the help of the theoretical part is accomplished research about effectiveness of each method and scoreboard is designed. The following part is about recommendation, including proposals to improve the centigrade of selection methods in hospitality and gastronomy and a conclusion which is the summary of the findings.
