Abstract:

Absolventská práce s názvem Klient s duální diagnózou v síti služeb (v ORP Písek), poukazuje na problematiku péče o klienty s duální diagnózou v konkrétních zařízeních ambulantních, sociálních a zdravotnických služeb obce s rozšířenou působností Písek. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a výzkumné. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen se základními informacemi o zkoumaném tématu. Nalezneme zde definici duální diagnózy, její etiologii a možné komplikace s touto diagnózou spojené. Dále sumář poskytované péče pro cílovou skupinu v ORP Písek. Praktická část práce je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, který je prováděn pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat potřeby klientů s duální diagnózou, zjistit, jaké služby mohou v ORP Písek využít a porovnat jejich potřeby s dostupnou péčí služeb, a doporučit, jaké služby by bylo možné ještě nabídnout, případně jaké chybí.

Abstract:

The graduate work named A client with dual diagnosis in the network of services (in ORP Písek) points out the issue of care for clients with dual diagnosis in specific facilities of outpatient social and health services in the municipality with extended powers of the town Písek. The work has two parts – a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the readers can get basic information about the topic.There is the definition of dual diagnosis, its etiology and possible complications associated with this diagnosis. This part also includes a summary of care provided for the target group in ORP Písek. The practical part of the work consists of a qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews. The main goal of this work is to map the needs of clients with dual diagnosis, to find out what services they can use in ORP Písek and to compare their needs with available care in services. Another aim of this work is to define what other services could be offered or mention what services the clients miss.
