Anotace:

The main purpose of this audit is to establish Ryanair's environmental, social and governance indicators including degree of compliance. During the Audit, several positive initiatives have been identified, such as focusing on health and safety and workforce effectiveness. However, areas requiring improvement include the use of carbon offsets instead of direct emission reductions, limited waste management strategies, strained labor relations, and a lack of targets for achieving diversity. According to the results of the ESG Audit, it is recommended to invest in environmentally friendly technologies, waste management plans, improving labor relations, and increasing transparency in climate risk management. By prioritizing these recommendations, Ryanair can achieve a more sustainable and successful future.
