The level of educational systems in the company according to the theory of a learning organization

Abstract:

V současnosti je důležitá flexibilita. Čím rychleji dokáže firma reagovat na změny, tím vyšší je pravděpodobnost úspěchu. Cílem diplomové práce bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření analyzovat systém firemního vzdělávání ve vybraných podnicích a na základě teorie "učící se organizace" ověřit, na jaké úrovni se systém nachází. Dílčím cílem bylo zhodnotit, jak se vzdělávání změnilo a jak flexibilní v situaci pandemie firmy byly. Hlavní metodou pro získání dat a naplnění cíle byl standardizovaný dotazník týkající se úrovně učící se organizace, doplněný o otázky zaměřené na vzdělávací systém firmy. Datovým souborem byly firmy v Ústeckém kraji zvolené kvótním výběrem dle velikosti a právní formy. Statistickými metodami bylo zjištěno, že neexistuje významná závislost typu firemního vzdělávání a spolupráce mezi zaměstnanci a velikostí firmy. Stejně tak se nevyskytují výrazné rozdíly mezi firmami různých velikostí, co se týče tvrzení o úrovních učící se organizace. Dále byla okrajově ze zjištěných dat zhodnocena míra přizpůsobivosti firem. Výsledky práce můžou firmy využít jako motivační a inspirační nástroj k tomu, aby mohly výzkum provést i uvnitř samotné organizace. Dále mohou firmy využít získaná data z firem Ústeckého kraje k inovacím vzdělávacích systémů například v rámci odvětví, či intenzivnějšímu rozvoji lidského kapitálu.

Abstract:

Flexibility is important these days. The faster a company can react to changes, the higher the probability of success is. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the system of company education in selected companies using a questionnaire and, based on the "theory of learning organization", to verify the level of the company system. A partial goal was to evaluate how education has changed and how flexible companies have been during the pandemic situation. The main method for obtaining the data and fulfilling the objective was a standardized questionnaire about the level of the learning organization, with questions focused on the company's educational systém added. The dataset consisted of companies in the Ústí region selected by quota selection according to size and legal form. Using statistical methods, it was found that there is no significant dependence of the type of company education and employee cooperation and the size of the company. There are also no significant differences between companies of different sizes in terms of the levels of the learning organization. Furthermore, the degree of adaptability of the companies was marginally evaluated. Companies can use the results of the work as a motivational and inspirational tool to carry out research within the organization itself. Furthermore, companies can use the data from companies in the Ústí region to innovate educational systems, for example within the industry, or to develop human capital more intensively.
