The influence of teambuilding on relationships and communication in an organization

Anotácia:

Tento text shrnuje dosavadní poznatky týkající se teambuildingu a jeho vlivu na vztahy mezi spolupracovníky v organizaci. Také jeho vlivu na komunikaci a to jak komunikaci jedince tak na komunikaci v týmu. Práce obsahuje výzkum, který se snaží tyto jednotlivé aspekty a vliv teambuildingu na ně ověřit. Respondenti se zúčastnili různých typů teambuildingu a pracují v různých odvětvích. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu ukazují, že teambuilding má pozitivní vliv na jednotlivé stránky jako jsou vztahy mezi spolupracovníky a komunikaci.

Abstract:

This text summarizes the current findings on teambuilding and its impact on relationships between co-workers in the organization. Also its impact on communication and how the communication of the individual so the communication in the team. This thesis includes research, which is trying to these different aspects and the impact of teambuilding on them to verify. The respondents have attended various types of teambuilding and work in different sectors. The results of this research show that team building has a positive effect on the individual pages as are the relationships between co-workers, and communication.
