Tento text shrnuje dosavadní poznatky týkající se teambuildingu a jeho vlivu na vztahy mezi spolupracovníky v organizaci. Také jeho vlivu na komunikaci a to jak komunikaci jedince tak na komunikaci v týmu. Práce obsahuje výzkum, který se snaží tyto jednotlivé aspekty a vliv teambuildingu na ně ověřit.
