Interrogation of particularly vulnerable victims

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o výslechu zvlášť zranitelných obětí, konkrétně o výslechu osob mladších osmnácti let a mentálně postižených lidí. Cílem této práce je porovnat rozdílnosti ve výslechu zvlášť zranitelných obětí. Práce poukazuje na to, že jde o zcela odlišné skupiny osob, a proto i výslech bude vypadat rozdílně. K naplnění cíle byla využitá metoda kazuistik konkrétních případů, ve kterých je popsán výslech dotyčného. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje také na pozitivní, ale i negativní události, který se týkají celého vyšetřování včetně rozsudků soudů u lidí s mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the interrogation of particularly vulnerable victims, specifically the interrogation of people under the age of eighteen and mentally disabled people. The aim of this thesis is to compare the differences in the interrogation of particularly vulnerable victims. The thesis points out that these are very different groups of people and therefore the interrogation will look different. In order to achieve this aim, the case study method has been used to describe the interrogation of the person concerned. The bachelor thesis also focuses on positive as well as negative events that relate to the whole investigation, including court sentences for people with intellectual disabilities.
